142g Goldenfry Yorkshire Pudding and Pancake Mix

selection of seasonal fruit

100g caster sugar


  1. Heat oven to 220°C/200°C Fan/Gas 7
  2. Grease and pre-heat a medium baking dish.
  3. Make the batter according to pack instructions and add the caster sugar.
  4. Spread the fruit out in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the batter over the fruit and bake for 20-25 mins until golden and set.
  6. Dust with icing sugar, if you like, and serve hot or warm.
