Ingredients
Serves 4
142g Goldenfry Yorkshire Pudding and Pancake Mix
selection of seasonal fruit
100g caster sugar
Method
- Heat oven to 220°C/200°C Fan/Gas 7
- Grease and pre-heat a medium baking dish.
- Make the batter according to pack instructions and add the caster sugar.
- Spread the fruit out in the baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the fruit and bake for 20-25 mins until golden and set.
- Dust with icing sugar, if you like, and serve hot or warm.
